Welcome Fall! Wow this weather is GORGEOUS - and even a little chilly. It's a nice change from the HOT HOT HOT Summer.
Banjo doesn't get her cast off for an additional 3 weeks - so it will be a total of 9 weeks for this sweet little puppy to have a cast on. She also has been having some...a-hem...issues (ew) recently and it may be due to an allergy to a treat we gave her, or could be a bacterial infection. All I know is...We have not slept much because we've been up with her, and cleaning up after her - and we've gone through all of our towels and sheets... It seems (knock on wood) that she is getting better. But - we've had to take her to the vet like every day because she either 1) chews her cast off while we're at work 2) pee's on it 3) gets "sick" all over...etc. Puppies aren't cheap - but she sure is preparing us for babies and we absolutely LOVE her. As my loving Dad and Hubby say, "S'all good."
My new car is so much fun. I wasn't planning on a) buying new or b) getting the top of the line...but...I am so glad that I did. I got the 2011 Jetta SEL! Love! It has navigation, touch screen radio, bluetooth for iPods and iPhone, push to start engine, etc. It's been a blast.
Work is going really well. Eric even got hired at School of the Legends as an IT Specialist - so we're both enjoying it. I've never had a job that I "loved," and I am glad that I finally have one I am proud to talk about. :) Thank you, Lord! We've been going out of town with SOTL, and have more road trips comin up! We just got back from Charlotte helping out with the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure with DeAngelo Williams...and we filmed some AMAZING Titans players yesterday. It's a great job...Should be a fun ride...
My super rad brother is coming to visit soon! Hoping others do as well - and we're hopefully planning a trip home for the Holidays! :)
Oh yeah...and I turn 27 soon. Yuck. Haha.
